What's included

What audits, pricing and reporting include

One-off audit, ongoing reporting, or both — either way you end up with numbers you can act on.

Listing & SEO audit

Titles, tags, attributes and descriptions sampled across your shop and scored against what ranks in your category.

Photo & conversion review

Your thumbnails compared with the listings currently ranking above you, and where buyers are dropping off.

Pricing & margin analysis

Margin modelled after listing, transaction, payment processing and Offsite Ads fees — the number most sellers never calculate.

Competitor benchmarking

Where you sit on price, postage and review count against the shops winning your keywords.

Ads & spend review

Etsy Ads spend, return on ad spend per listing, and which listings are consuming the budget.

Shop health check

Star Seller criteria, case history, review pattern and any policy risk in your catalogue.

Prioritised action list

Every finding ranked by likely impact, so you fix the expensive problems before the cosmetic ones.

Weekly or monthly reports

For ongoing clients: traffic, conversion, orders, ads and shop health — with what changed and why.

Why sellers choose us

Etsy gives you the stats. It does not give you the answer.

Shop Manager shows visits, favourites, conversion and search terms. The hard part is knowing which of those numbers is the problem this month, and which is a symptom of something else.

  • Findings ranked by impact, not listed alphabetically
  • Margin modelled after every Etsy fee, including Offsite Ads
  • Your own Etsy stats used, not third-party estimates
  • Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us after

Audits, Pricing & Reports FAQ

What do I get at the end of the audit?+
A written report covering listings, SEO, photos, pricing, ads and shop health, with a prioritised list of what to fix first and why. It is yours to keep.
Is the audit free?+
The initial review is free — enough to show you the main problems. A full written audit across a large catalogue is a paid project, quoted before we start.
What access do you need?+
Read-only access, or exported stats from Shop Manager. We never ask for more access than the work requires.
Do you calculate my real margin?+
Yes — after listing fees, transaction fees, payment processing and Offsite Ads where it applies. Plenty of shops discover their bestseller is their thinnest product.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?+
No. Plenty of sellers take the report and act on it themselves. If you want us to implement it, that is quoted separately.
How often should a shop be audited?+
A full audit once or twice a year, with ongoing reporting in between. Anything more often and you are reacting to noise rather than trends.
