What's included

What audits and reporting include

One-off audit, ongoing reporting, or both — either way you end up with numbers you can act on.

Listing audit

Titles, item specifics, photos and descriptions sampled across your catalogue and scored against what ranks in your category.

Seller health review

Defect rate, late shipment, cases and feedback reviewed, with anything trending the wrong way flagged.

Ads & fee review

Promoted Listings spend, ad fee percentage and which listings are actually carrying the budget.

Pricing & postage check

Where you sit against your competitor set on total price, and what that is doing to Best Match.

Traffic & conversion analysis

Impressions, click-through and conversion from your own eBay data — where buyers drop off.

Prioritised action list

Every finding ranked by likely impact, so you fix the expensive problems before the cosmetic ones.

Weekly performance reports

For ongoing clients: sales, traffic, ads, seller standards and what changed, every week.

Monthly review call

A short call to walk through the numbers and agree the next month’s priorities.

Why sellers choose us

Most sellers have the data. Very few have the answer.

eBay gives you traffic reports, seller dashboards and ad statistics. The problem is not access — it is knowing which number matters this month and what to do about it.

  • Findings ranked by impact, not listed alphabetically
  • Written in plain language, not marketplace jargon
  • Your own eBay data used, not third-party estimates

Audits & Reporting FAQ

What do I get at the end of the audit?+
A written report covering listings, seller health, ads, pricing and traffic, with a prioritised list of what to fix first and why. It is yours to keep.
Is the audit really free?+
The initial review is free — enough to show you the main problems. A full written audit across a large catalogue is a paid project, quoted before we start.
What access we need?+
Read-only access, or exported reports from Seller Hub. We never ask for more access than the work requires.
How long does it take?+
About a week for a full audit, depending on catalogue size.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?+
No. Plenty of sellers take the report and act on it themselves. If you want us to implement it, that is quoted separately.
What do weekly reports include?+
Sales, traffic, conversion, ad spend and fees, seller standards, and a short note on what changed and what we are doing next.
