What's included

What reinstatement work includes

Appeals fail when they answer the wrong problem. Most of this work is investigation before a single word of the appeal is written.

Root-cause investigation

Performance notifications, account health, complaint history and listing data reviewed to find what actually triggered the block.

Plan of Action writing

A POA in the structure Amazon expects: root cause, immediate corrective action, preventative steps — evidence attached.

ASIN-level appeals

Suppressed or blocked listings appealed individually with the documentation each case needs.

Account-level appeals

Deactivated accounts handled end to end, including escalation where the first response is a template.

IP & VERO complaints

Complaints from rights owners answered, including retraction requests where the claim is wrong.

Compliance documents

Invoices, supplier letters, certificates and test reports prepared in the format Amazon accepts.

Follow-up until resolved

Appeals chased and resubmitted rather than left waiting after one attempt.

Prevention

Once you are live again, the changes that stop the same issue returning — because a second strike is far harder.

Why sellers choose us

Most appeals fail because they apologise instead of answering.

Amazon does not want regret — it wants a root cause, the corrective action already taken, and proof it cannot happen again. Getting that wrong costs you attempts, and attempts are limited.

  • Investigation first — we do not write until we know the cause
  • Written in Amazon’s expected POA structure, with evidence attached
  • Escalation handled when the first reply is a template response
  • Honest assessment up front if a case is genuinely hard to win

Questions, answered

Listing Reinstatement FAQ

How long does reinstatement take?+
Our part usually takes two to three days. Amazon’s response can take anywhere from 48 hours to a few weeks depending on the team handling it — that part is outside anyone’s control, and any agency promising a fixed date is guessing.
Can you guarantee my listing will come back?+
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Some cases are strong and some are not. We will tell you honestly which yours looks like before you pay anything.
What do you need from me to start?+
The performance notification or suppression message, the ASIN, and any supplier invoices or certificates you already have. We tell you if anything else is needed.
Can you help with a deactivated account, not just a listing?+
Yes. Account-level appeals are handled the same way — investigation, plan of action, submission and escalation.
What if I already appealed and was rejected?+
That is most of our cases. We start over from the root cause, because resubmitting the same appeal with different wording rarely changes the outcome.
How do you stop it happening again?+
After reinstatement we fix what caused it — listing data, supplier documentation, policy gaps or process — because a second strike on the same issue is much harder to reverse.
